STAR SPB is the Russian branch of international STAR group. The head office of STAR group is situated in Ramsen, Switzerland. STAR group is an established leader in the fields of organisation and development of translation process technologies.

STAR SPB was found in 1995 in St.Petersburg on the basis of linguistic software lab, belonging to the Independent Humanitarian Academy. The company is rapidly developing. Nowadays it has a team of more than fifty highly skilled professionals.

Russian branch of the STAR Group translates the documents from almost all the languages into Russian and the languages of the former USSR, provides DTP services in all European and some other languages and consulting services.

We participate in developing and perfection of Transit translation memory system and provide accompanying services (consulting, Alignment etc.). With its great experience in the field of IT, STAR SPB has vast means of providing software localisation services. We translate web-sites, reference documentation and user interfaces for all software products, adapt the software, test it and perform the debugging.
